why DayBox on game day

The last esky upgrade you'll ever need.

Built by the off-grid power crew behind Max Voltage Store. We got sick of wet bread and lukewarm tins too.

No ice, ever

Active compressor cooling on battery power. No servo ice run at half time, no tipping out the esky on Monday.

Up to 24h per charge

Pre-game to post-game and well past the siren on one battery. Add the spare and you're set for the whole weekend.

Charges anywhere

Mains at home, 12V in the car on the way to the ground, or solar at the campsite. Runs off the car socket on the drive too.

Built to a standard

12-month warranty, 30-day risk-free returns and an Australian crew on the other end of the phone.

The esky at the BBQ

Two bags of ice from the servo, every time
Drinks swimming by the third quarter
Lukewarm by the post-match wrap
Tip it out, dry it out, repeat next week

The DayBox at the BBQ

Never buys ice again
Dry inside, fridge-cold all day
Up to 24 hours of cold per charge
Charges from the wall, the car or solar

Friends around a DayBox portable fridge outdoors

first bounce to final siren

Cold drinks at arm's reach. All game.

Battery-powered cold that goes wherever the footy's on: the lounge, the backyard, the club rooms, the campsite. And right now the cover that keeps it colder longer comes free.

quick answers

Finals Sale FAQ

How do I get the free cover?

Use the Add to Cart buttons on this page (or on the DayBox page) and a Premium Insulated Cover in your size and badge colour goes into the cart with the fridge at $0. The discount code FINALSCOVER is applied for you at checkout. Adding things manually? Just enter FINALSCOVER at checkout with a DayBox and a cover in the cart. One free cover per DayBox, Australia only, ends Sunday 4 October.

Can I have a different colour cover to my fridge?

Yes. The cover we add matches your badge colour, but in the cart you can swap it to any colour in the same size, or remove it and add the one you want from the cover page. As long as there is one cover per DayBox in the cart, it's free.

How does the 20% off the Ultimate Bundle work?

The Ultimate Bundle is the DayBox, the matching Premium Cover and a Spare Lithium Battery sold as one product. Its price already has the discount built in (the crossed-out price is the three parts bought separately), so there's no code to enter. Because the bundle includes its own cover, the free-cover deal doesn't apply on top of it.

Which deal is better value?

If you only want the fridge, Deal 1: you get the $149.99 cover free. If you'd like a second battery for longer weekends, Deal 2: the bundle works out cheaper than buying the DayBox with its free cover and then adding the battery separately, and it's about 20% under buying all three at full price.

How long does it actually stay cold?

Up to 24 hours of runtime per charge, depending on conditions, lid opening and MAX or ECO mode. The cover slows heat getting in so the same charge lasts longer. With the bundle's spare battery charged and ready, swap it over in seconds and keep going.

When should I order for the grand final weekends?

Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day ship the same day. For the Saturday 26 September game we suggest ordering by Tuesday 22 September (metro). For the Sunday 4 October game, by Tuesday 29 September (metro). Regional addresses, a few days earlier. These are carrier estimates, so earlier is always safer.

Is this an official finals or league promotion?

No. This is a DayBox sale timed for footy finals season. DayBox is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any football league, competition or club.
