We want you to love your DayBox. If it's not right for you, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We even encourage you to take it out and try it β a return won't be knocked back just because the DayBox has been used, as long as it comes back clean, complete and undamaged.

Please note: items returned dirty, damaged beyond normal trial use, missing parts, or without adequate packaging may be refused or have a reasonable deduction applied to cover cleaning, repair or replacement of missing items.

Getting a return going is simple:
For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we can't be responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, we'll cover the return shipping β just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm it's been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5β10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear can vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Your original shipping charge (if any) is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Shipping was free on your order, so there's nothing to deduct there.
Want a different size β say, swapping a 12L for an 18L? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size you want. If you'd like a hand, just email us and we'll guide you through it.
Every DayBox is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If something goes wrong within that period, we'll repair or replace the item, or provide a refund, at no cost to you.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Our 30-day returns and 12-month warranty are in addition to β and do not limit β these rights.
