These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DayBox website (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us. DayBox is operated by Max Voltage Store Pty Ltd (ABN [ABN]) ("DayBox", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the version published on the Site at the time you place your order. We'll post the current version here, with the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

You can shop as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know straight away if you suspect any unauthorised use.
We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible, but we don't guarantee that descriptions, images or other content are error-free. Colours and details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD, inclusive of GST where applicable) for customers in Australia, and in US Dollars (USD) for customers in the United States. The currency you'll be charged in is shown at checkout. We may change prices, products and promotions at any time before you place an order. Products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. Your order isn't accepted until we send you a confirmation and dispatch your item. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there's an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method. We don't store your full card details on our servers.
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, change-of-mind returns and warranty claims by our Return & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms. Please read them before ordering.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Site and all of its content — including the DayBox name and logo, text, graphics, images, video and design — are owned by or licensed to Max Voltage Store Pty Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy or reproduce any of it without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial browsing of the Site.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including maxvoltagestore.com). Those sites are governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for their content, products or practices. Links don't imply our endorsement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (section 8 above), we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of resupplying them.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or costs we suffer arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by us.
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to that handling.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
